Every pup has a place here at The Town. Whether they love the hustle and bustle of the town square or they prefer a cozy, quiet day in their home away from home, we’re happy to make their stay as unique as they are.
What makes The Town different than other facilities?
* Our pricing is transparent, so you’ll never see extra fees.
* Our staff is trained in Pet CPR and First Aid, and we administer medications as needed (no injectables)
* We have overnight, on-site staff for extra peace of mind.
* Night-time routines include complimentary treats
* Check-in on your pup with live web cam access (our private bedrooms offer 24/7 access)
* Small dogs have a separate boarding space from the big dogs for their comfort and safety
* We offer both group and private play to make sure every pup is at-ease during their stay
Social and rowdy pups, affectionally called Townies, spend their days playing hard and making friends- both canine and human- in the town square. This leads to one very happy, tuckered out pooch at the end of the day!
But not every dog enjoys a fast-paced environment, and that’s perfectly okay. For pups who prefer a quieter experience, we happily welcome them as members of the Town Council. These residents can expect personalized one-on-one care, private playtime, and a calm routine designed around what makes them comfortable.
At Bow Chika Wow Town, every dog is respected for who they are. Whether they’re a rambunctious Townie or a gentle member of the Council, they’re always treated as a valued citizen of The Town.
Peak Season Pricing
During our most in-demand boarding timeframes, a nightly Peak Season surcharge will be added to all boarding reservations. Peak season dates include any major holidays and local school breaks. Please call for more information!
If your dog is anxious, new to boarding, or simply happier taking things at their own pace, a spot on the Council is the perfect fit. These members of The Town enjoy the benefits of socialization and enrichment of boarding with a peaceful, laid-back experience. This includes:
To be eligible for a spot on the Town Council, dogs must be up to date on their vaccines, complete a first day evaluation, and be non-human aggressive.
Required for Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming:
Please send all vaccination records to info@bowchikawowtown.com
It is the ongoing responsibility of the pet parent to provide verification that vaccinations are current – we will make every effort to remind you before your pup’s vaccinations expire.
To keep Bow Chika Wow Town safe, clean, and comfortable for every resident, we ask all pet parents to follow these town guidelines when packing for their pup’s stay:
Residential Comfort Ordinance (Personal Items)
Town Kitchen Policy (Food & Feeding)
Due to limited storage space, we cannot accept full‑size bags of dog food or large bulk containers.
All meals must be individually packed or clearly portioned, using one of the following options:
This system allows our staff to serve meals accurately, efficiently for every resident.
All bowls used at The Town are stainless steel and sanitized after each use. We also provide slow feeders and Kong wobblers for dogs who are accustomed to using them. Unless discussed prior to your pup’s visit, you will not need to bring your own.
Public Safety Notice (Toys & Chews)
For the safety of humans and dogs alike, we do not leave dogs unattended with toys, bully sticks, or bones. Because of this policy, we kindly ask that these items be left at home.
Our attendants meticulously supervise all enrichment and play to ensure each resident is safe and comfortable.
Health Department Requirements (Other Essentials)
Please be sure to pack:
All items should be clearly labeled with your dog’s name to avoid mix‑ups.
These guidelines are in place to make sure that we are providing the best possible care for each resident. Thank you for helping us keep the Town running smoothly!
